GQTI is now ISO 9001:2015-certified!

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the much-coveted ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognized standard that ensures that our tugboat services meet the needs of our clients through an effective Quality Management System. 

GQTI has developed and implemented its QMS in order to improve its core and support operations, maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction and to provide a sound basis for continual improvement. 

To become ISO 9001-certified, GQTI was audited rigorously by the Bureau Veritas, which covered our quality management system development and implementation, documentation review, actual tugboat operations, and more. 

GQTI officially received its ISO certificate from the Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS-UK Branch on 8th May 2023 after audit and assessment being successful with zero non-conformances identified.
